Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive Night Shift to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities building client relationships and contributing to the company s growth particularly in international markets like the USA Canada UK and Australia Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls emails LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs Schedule and attend virtual meetings with international clients and decision-makers Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions and follow-ups Achieve weekly monthly targets for lead generation meetings and conversions Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Follow up with prospects via calls emails and nurture them into long-term partnerships Provide regular reports on performance metrics and insights to the manager Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum 6 months of experience in sales business development preferably in international markets Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling cold calls Familiarity with CRM tools e g Zoho HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work in night shifts based on international time zones What We Offer Competitive salary Incentives Prospect to work with international clients Fast-paced growth and learning environment Flexible work culture and supportive team Skill development and career advancement opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience SALES 1 year Required Location Bengaluru Karnataka Required Work Location In person
