Accountant Job Title Accountant and controller Location S R Public School Job Type Full time Job Summary As an Accountant you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and administrative efficiency of our organisation You will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions preparing reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the organisation s financial integrity Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including Balance Sheet Profit Loss and Cash Flow statements Monitor and manage school budgets and expenditure Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial data integrity Handle school fee collection receipts and maintain student accounts Manage payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation for audits Ensure timely payment of bills taxes and statutory dues ESIC PF TDS etc Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasting expenses Keep track of vendor payments contracts and school purchases Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Proven experience as an accountant preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office particularly Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Knowledge of school financial operations is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Kota Industrial Area Kota Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 3 years Preferred Tax accounting Accounting finance accounting 3 years Required Work Location In person
