Position Overview The Registration Executive is responsible for handling all activities related to the registration of recent vehicles ensuring timely processing with the Regional Transport Office RTO maintaining accurate records and providing support to the sales team and customers Key Responsibilities RTO Coordination Documentation Collect and verify customer documents required for vehicle registration Prepare and submit registration applications to the RTO Coordinate with RTO officials to ensure timely approval and issuance of registration numbers Maintain proper records of registration certificates RC insurance road tax and related documents Customer Service Guide customers on the registration process and required documents Address customer queries regarding registration number plates or hypothecation Ensure delivery of RC and number plates to customers within the committed timeline Compliance Reporting Ensure all registration processes comply with RTO rules and company policies Keep track of registration status and update the sales team regularly Maintain MIS reports and logs of registration activities Internal Coordination Liaise with the sales and accounts departments for timely payment of registration charges and taxes Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure vehicles are registered before handover Handle hypothecation endorsements with banks finance companies when required Key Skills Competencies Good knowledge of RTO rules regulations and registration procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software Qualifications Experience Graduate Diploma any stream 1-3 years of experience in RTO vehicle registration at an automobile dealership Freshers with strong learning ability may also be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
