Project Role Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes Provide hardware software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas and for particular software solutions vendors brands Work includes L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting Must have skills Network Infrastructures Palo Alto Networks Firewalls Microsoft Azure IaaS Good to have skills NA Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues implementing technology solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms You will engage with both remote and onsite teams to address hardware and software challenges contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization s network infrastructures Role and Responsibilities o The Cloud Network SME experienced in single or multi-cloud network in designing implementing and troubleshooting the cloud network especially Microsoft Azure o 10-12 years of relevant experience in networking domain in design implementation troubleshooting monitoring management of on-Prem and Cloud IAAS including routing Azure networking Network security load balancer and various network monitoring tools o Should be able to play the SME L3 role to resolve complex network issues o Experienced in designing the firewall s highly available architecture especially Palo Alto o Design and implement secure scalable and highly available Azure network architectures o Lead end-to-end cloud network design projects including virtual networks VNets subnets NSGs UDRs Azure Firewall Application Gateway ExpressRoute and VPNs o Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to network and cloud engineers o Participate in cloud assessments cost optimization and capacity planning Technical Experience o Experienced in Azure public cloud network technologies like VPN Azure Express route VNETs NSGs o Strong knowledge of network security technologies like - Palo Alto F5 LBs LTMs o Experienced in designing the firewall s highly available architecture especially Palo Alto Implementation Troubleshooting exposure o Strong BGP Routing and switching VPN Technologies skills with very solid hold of - Arista 7k Cisco 9k ASRs and CSRs o Expert in IPsec VPN Global Protect VPN o Strong knowledge of Aviatrix deployment design best practices in single or multi-cloud environment o Good to have Devops skillsets Educational Qualifications o Graduate or full time degree Professional Attributes o A process-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic organization o Able to lead the discussion and front end during the complex discussion o Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and after hours 15 years full time education
