Job Title Senior Accountant Location Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Veg Restaurant Thrissur Industry Food Beverage Restaurant Experience Required 10-12 Years Salary 28 000 Based on Experience Skills Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete financial operations of Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Veg Restaurant The ideal candidate must have robust accounting knowledge experience in restaurant or hospitality financial processes and the ability to manage compliance budgeting and reporting independently Key Responsibilities Finance Accounting Manage full cycle accounting including accounts payable receivable and ledger maintenance Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Oversee daily billing cash handling and reconciliation activities Maintain accurate records of expenses vendor payments and operational costs Tax Compliance Ensure compliance with GST TDS PF ESI if applicable and other statutory requirements File GST returns monthly and handle any tax-related queries or audits Manage government filings yearly audits and financial documentation Budgeting Reporting Prepare budgets forecasts and cost analysis reports regularly Monitor restaurant profitability cost control wastage tracking and variance reports Present MIS reports to management for decision-making Payroll HR Coordination Manage employee salary processing attendance record verification and statutory deductions Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR for staff-related financial matters Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance Strong working experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software Solid understanding of restaurant costing inventory control and vendor management Excellent analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure Preferred Experience Experience in restaurant hotel or hospitality accounting Knowledge of GST filing and statutory compliance Strong financial reporting and audit handling experience Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 28 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
