Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail a deep understanding of UX UI principles and the ability to design responsive websites and digital assets that align with brand guidelines and business goals You will work closely with developers content creators and marketing teams to transform concepts into visually compelling and user-friendly web experiences Key Responsibilities Design and deliver responsive websites landing pages and web applications with a focus on user experience and design precision Collaborate cross-functionally with developers copywriters and marketing teams to conceptualize and implement creative ideas Create wireframes user flows prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD Ensure all designs are optimized for performance accessibility WCAG standards and search engine visibility Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and deliverables Stay abreast of current design trends usability best practices and emerging technologies Participate in design reviews and effectively incorporate feedback to refine and enhance final outputs Support the team with website updates redesigns and the integration of current features as needed Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role portfolio required Proficiency in HTML CSS and a working knowledge of JavaScript Expertise in design tools including Figma Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator Solid understanding of UI UX principles and responsive web design Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress Webflow or Shopify Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person
