We are Hiring Role Floor Manager patient counsellor Qualification Any Degree Experience Min 3 yrs Shift No night shift Location Egmore Chennai Supervise daily floor operations including admissions discharges transfers and bed management Coordinate with nursing staff doctors and support teams to ensure timely patient care and services Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally Ensure adherence to hospital policies safety standards and infection control protocols Monitor housekeeping maintenance and inventory on the assigned floor Ensure availability of necessary medical and non-medical supplies Maintain daily reports logs and floor-level records Train and support floor staff including junior executives receptionists and ward assistants Liaise with billing pharmacy diagnostics and other departments for coordinated patient services Conduct regular rounds and audits to identify and resolve issues proactively Manage emergency situations and escalate appropriately Interested candidates contact HR - (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
