We deliver the world s most complex projects Work as part of a cooperative and inclusive team Enjoy a varied challenging role Building on our past Ready for the future Worley is a global professional services company of energy chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia Right now we re bridging two worlds as we accelerate to more sustainable energy sources while helping our customers provide the energy chemicals and resources that society needs now We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of consulting and engineering to installation and commissioning to the last stages of decommissioning and remediation Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects The Role As a Manager I Quality with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc Drive awareness on Management and Knowledge Systems Assurance System project induction training at start and from time to time in the project as required Ensure achievement of Customer Expectations and Customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations Develop maintain and ensure adherence with the Project Assurance Execution Plan Establish Quality KPIs in discussion with the Project Program Manager and Project Engineering Manager and regularly collate data for tracking analysis of project KPIs Ensure effective completion of project start-up activities project management and execution plans are developed project delivery tools are set-up data and document management requirements are in place Ensure Lessons learned on previous projects are identified Ensure controls and plans are in place to address and mitigate project risks - threats and opportunities Conduct milestone assessments and assesses whether critical controls for engineering are effectively implemented based on Project Assurance Plan to verify implementation and effectiveness of MS Perform spot quality checks of issued drawings and documents to verify implementation of MS requirements with regards to checking and completion of project reviews Maintains a log of observations and findings Ensure engineering registers are implemented effectively Report the outcome to stakeholders register and follows-up actions in the Assurance System Monitor and follow-up for timely close-out of identified actions Coordinate with PEM and discipline reviewers for completion of TPRs Coordinate with DMs and DLEs for completion of Spot Checks Drive capturing of quality incidents in Assurance System and facilitate investigation to identify the root causes Recommend appropriate root cause analysis methods and ensures suitable improvements are identified and implemented Monitor implementation of improvements Engage with key stakeholders and ensure lessons positive and negative experiences are prepared and shared within the teams engaged on the project Focal point for all quality related matters on the project Identify areas of improvement and facilitate continuous improvements Oversee quality management across different phases of projects programs Feed Detail Engineering Procurement and Construction Qualifications About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes 15-20 years of experience in the Quality Assurance function preferably in an engineering consultancy organization for downstream Oil and Gas Petrochemicals Chemicals and Renewable Energy SAP and PAP projects Possess an understanding of engineering work processes different engineering deliverables quality processes and tools utilized to produce them Awareness of interfaces document and data management requirements Familiar with project management and control function and project KPIs Awareness of risk management process and facilitate risk workshops Facilitate in conducting Expectation and Satisfaction surveys and analyze the data maintain data of survey outcomes General awareness of codes and standards customer specifications applicable for materials fabrication testing and surface preparation requirements for equipment and supplied items Facilitate strong relationship with project teams contractors suppliers Moving forward together We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact So our focus is on a values-inspired culture that unlocks brilliance through belonging connection and innovation We re building a diverse inclusive and respectful workplace Creating a space where everyone feels they belong can be themselves and are heard And we re not just talking about it we re doing it We re reskilling our people leveraging transferable skills and supporting the transition of our workforce to become experts in today s low carbon energy infrastructure and technology Whatever your ambition there s a path for you here And there s no barrier to your potential career success Join us to broaden your horizons explore diverse opportunities and be part of delivering sustainable change Worley takes personal data protection seriously and respects EU and local data protection laws You can read our full Recruitment Privacy Notice Please note If you are being represented by a recruitment agency you will not be considered to be considered you will need to apply directly to Worley
