Electrical Supervisor JIJO ELECTRICALS - (phone hidden) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical construction activities for multistoried building projects The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and the ability to ensure safe and timely execution of site works Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a workforce of up to 30 workers labors on-site Review and interpret electrical drawings especially for multistoried building electrification Oversee and coordinate HT High Tension and LT Low Tension electrical installation works Ensure all jobs are executed as per approved drawings safety standards and project timelines Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates reports to the Project Manager Coordinate closely with the Safety Officer to ensure zero-tolerance safety compliance at all times Monitor material usage work quality and progress at site Manage day-to-day site challenges and ensure smooth workflow Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical construction field Strong knowledge of building electrification systems HT LT installations and safety standards Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents Proven leadership skills in supervising large teams Excellent communication problem-solving and coordination abilities Commitment to safety quality and timely completion of tasks Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 400 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
