Position Sr Interior Designer Office Location Kamothe Navi Mumbai Salary 35 000 to 45 000 per month Job Role and Responsibilities Design Development Conceptualize and create creative interior designs for commercial spaces office areas and retail stores Prepare detailed design layouts mood boards and color schemes to align with client requirements Project Execution Support Coordinate with civil and site teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately on-site Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and quality control Client Interaction Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences Present design proposals and incorporate feedback to achieve client satisfaction Documentation Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including CAD drawings material specifications and BOQs Ensure designs comply with all legal and safety requirements Vendor Coordination Liaise with vendors for material selection procurement and cost negotiations Keep up-to-date with the latest materials and trends in the market Team Collaboration Work closely with project managers architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs with construction plans Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite Strong visualization skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of commercial and retail interior standards is an added advantage Preferred Experience 5 years of experience in interior design preferably in commercial office space or retail projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Interior design 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
