Job Summary The RO Service Technician is responsible for installation maintenance and servicing of water purifiers particularly Reverse Osmosis RO systems at customer locations The technician ensures prompt service customer satisfaction and maintains service quality standards Key Responsibilities Install RO water purifiers and related equipment at customer premises Perform routine preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on RO systems Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Conduct quality checks on water purification systems post service Maintain proper documentation of service calls parts usage and customer feedback Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls and AMC Annual Maintenance Contract visits Educate customers on product usage safety and basic troubleshooting Adhere to company protocols safety standards and SOPs during service visits Maintain tools and spare parts inventory assigned for field operations Report any recurring issues or customer dissatisfaction to the Service Manager Educational Quaification ITI Diploma Contact HR -(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
