Company Overview Edgo International is a leading overseas education consultancy dedicated to helping students fulfill their global academic ambitions We provide end-to-end support including university selection application processing visa guidance and career counseling Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents explaining Edgo s overseas education services and scheduling appointments for further counseling Your role will be critical in nurturing leads and building trust with students looking to study abroad Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the leads database Provide accurate information about courses countries universities and admission processes Schedule appointments for walk-ins virtual consultations or counseling sessions Maintain detailed records of all calls and client interactions using CRM tools Follow up consistently with warm leads to convert inquiries into enrollments Answer incoming calls and resolve basic queries about Edgo International services Share timely feedback from students to improve marketing and counseling efforts Requirements Minimum qualification 12th pass or Graduate in any stream Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Prior experience in telecalling telesales or customer service preferred Basic understanding of overseas education processes is an advantage Confident persuasive and goal-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive salary incentive structure Professional training and development Supportive team and work environment Career advancement opportunities within the international education sector Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Commission pay Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Malayalam Required Work Location In person
