We are looking for Experienced and Dedicated Personal Assistant Male Candidate to Vice Chancellor Office - Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and manage correspondence reports presentations and other documents as needed Organize and maintain files records and databases for the Vice Chancellor s office Handle incoming phone calls emails and other communications responding or redirecting as appropriate Serve as the primary point of contact between the Vice Chancellor and faculty staff students and external partners Coordinate communication across various departments and external entities ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and appropriately followed up on Handle confidential matters and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity Assist with planning and organizing university events meetings and conferences Prepare reports presentations and other documents as directed by the Vice Chancellor Assist in the preparation of materials for University Council meetings board meetings and other official proceedings Preparing Minutes of Meetings Agendas and all necessary official presentations Organize domestic and international travel arrangements including transportation accommodation and itineraries Minimum Qualification and Attributes Candidate should be a Post graduate from any recognized university A minimum working experience of 3 years working with University or any Educational Field top management staff Proficiency with multiple Microsoft office systems and other related software Excellent communicator a valuable listener and dedicated to detail Preference - Male Candidates Timing - Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend hours depending on the Vice Chancellor s schedule Note - If you have any query please call on this number - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
