About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to manage mentor and scale our growing sales team The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills excellent communication and hands-on experience in U S -based sales processes Auto transport sales experience will be a major advantage Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Performance Lead mentor and supervise a team of 8-10 sales representatives Set daily weekly and monthly sales targets for the team Monitor performance and ensure reps meet minimum KPI expectations calls quotes follow-ups bookings Conduct weekly training mock calls and skill improvement sessions Manage team scheduling attendance and discipline Sales Operations Guide team members in closing leads through calls SMS and CRM follow-ups Handle escalated leads and support reps in difficult negotiations Ensure proper usage of CRM and adherence to the sales process Identify opportunities to increase conversions and improve lead quality Reporting Strategy Prepare daily and weekly performance reports Analyze conversion data to find gaps and propose improvements Work with management to build new scripts sales processes and training modules Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing performance Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales U S market preferred At least 1 year of experience in leading a sales team Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written Strong negotiation problem-solving and people-management skills Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve targets Familiarity with auto-transport logistics or U S B2C sales is a plus Comfortable working in a night shift Preferred Qualities Strong leadership presence with a positive attitude Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills Disciplined organized and able to handle pressure Willing to take ownership and lead from the front What We Offer Competitive salary with high-performance bonuses Growth opportunities into Sales Manager roles Supportive and professional work setting Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
