Company Overview We are a fast-growing educational institute committed to delivering high-quality training programs and career-focused skill development We provide a supportive learning environment expert guidance and strong placement assistance to our students We are looking for a motivated and confident Admin Sales Executive Educational Counsellor to handle admissions counselling administration and overall center management Job Responsibilities Student Counselling Sales Counsel students and parents regarding course selection career paths and admission procedures Manage walk-in inquiries calls and online leads Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups Provide detailed information on course curriculum fees timings and career outcomes Achieve monthly admission targets Telecalling Administration Office Management Handle front desk operations and maintain professional communication Maintain student records admission documents ID cards and reports Manage daily office tasks email responses and coordination with staff Batch Scheduling Newly Added Plan and schedule recent batches based on student enrollment and trainer availability Maintain updated batch calendars and communicate schedules to students and trainers Coordinate rescheduling batch changes trainer assignments and classroom availability Ensure smooth execution of classes and timely updates to students Maintain batch attendance sheets and follow up on absentees Customer Service Assist students with queries related to classes assignments payments or certificates Maintain a positive and helpful environment at the institute Ensure high student satisfaction through timely support Required Skills Excellent communication skills English Hindi and Marathi preferred Strong convincing and sales ability Basic computer skills MS Office Email CRM preferred Ability to multitask and handle administrative work efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility Qualifications Minimum Graduate in any stream Experience 1-3 years Experience in sales counselling or the education sector is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
