Roles Responsibilities are- Oversee and manage end-to-end production and operations at the plant Ensure product quality through regular monitoring and adherence to standards Maintain proper labeling packaging and batch traceability protocols Enforce and monitor GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and GHP Good Hygiene Practices including plant equipment and personnel hygiene Implement cost-control measures to reduce wastage and improve overall efficiency Ensure on-time production and dispatch to meet delivery schedules Handle and resolve operational issues promptly with a proactive approach Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of raw materials and packaging Contribute to product improvement and support new flavor or product development as required Set up and execute SOPs for smooth and consistent operations Investigate and resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis and preventive actions Ensure final product meets consumer satisfaction and internal quality benchmarks Manage team and assigning work to get things done effectively QC of final product Managing NPD New product development and RND activities Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Food Technology Biotech or a related field 3 years of overall experience in a food or beverage manufacturing setting preferably with exposure to fermented products like kombucha or beverages Strong knowledge of food safety GMP and plant operations Excellent problem-solving team management and communication skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay From 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Bangalore Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What interests you about working for the company Work Location In person
