Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage and execute high-end private showcasing events for our premium optical products The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event coordination stock handling and elite client interaction while meeting monthly sales showcasing targets Key Responsibilities Event Planning Execution Organize and coordinate private and brand showcasing events Conduct venue inspections and manage in office logistics Prepare event checklists schedules and setup requirements Stock Management Handle stock checking product tagging and inventory movement for each event Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock Client Interaction Requires excellent communication skill in English Liaise with premium clients to offer a personalized showcasing experience Provide detailed product information and styling suggestions Ensure high standards of customer service and communication Sales Target Achievement Work towards defined monthly sales showcasing targets Track and report on sales conversions post-events Marketing Support Assist in preparing pamphlets promotional materials and event collaterals Support marketing activities in coordination with the internal team Team Vendor Coordination Coordinate with internal teams external vendors and logistics partners Ensure smooth execution of all event components from start to finish Skills Qualifications Prior experience in event coordination client servicing or retail showcasing is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Smart presentable and confident in handling premium clientele Must be target-driven and proactive in closing opportunities Willingness to travel frequently for events and client meetings Knowledge of optical products frames lenses styling is a plus URGENT HIRING Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
