Solutions team The role sits across the IDA Department to make sure customer requirements are properly captured and transformed into actionable data specifications Success in the role will require a include Data Requirements Documentation Assessment Demonstrate proficiency in gathering documenting and analyzing business and functional data requirements with the ability to evaluate the reusability of existing data assets within Axiom Process Optimization Data Sourcing Design and implement streamlined processes to accelerate data sourcing ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data to AXA XL stakeholders Strategic Data Product Development Management Lead the development and operationalization of reusable data products within the Policy and Claim domains managing data lifecycle from source to usage Data Validation Quality Assurance Conduct thorough validation testing of data products in collaboration with business partners to ensure data accuracy integrity and alignment with specified requirements Data Governance Single Version of Truth Assess and ensure data within the Data Ecosystem maintains consistency and a single authoritative source supporting reliable decision-making Ad-hoc Data Support Responsiveness Respond effectively to unplanned data requests providing timely and accurate data to support business operations and initiatives Customer-Centric Service Orientation Prioritize stakeholder needs by fostering a customer-first mindset ensuring data services meet or exceed expectations Alignment with Organizational Goals Internalize and implement company-wide
