About the Role We re looking for a skilled Hydraulic Cylinder Designer to develop robust high-performance cylinder designs for various industrial applications The role involves 3D modeling technical calculations and preparing detailed manufacturing drawings You ll work closely with production purchase and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Key Responsibilities 1 Design and develop hydraulic cylinders double-acting single-acting telescopic etc as per customer specifications and industry standards 2 Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools 3 Perform calculations for pressure rating force stroke length and material selection 4 Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials BOM assembly drawings and design documentation 5 Ensure compatibility of design with manufacturing processes such as welding machining and honing 6 Collaborate with internal departments Production Purchase Quality Sales for feasibility and cost-effective design implementation 7 Support in prototype development testing and validation of new designs 8 Keep up to date with seal technology hydraulic standards and application-specific requirements Qualifications and Skills Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 2 years in hydraulic cylinder or similar mechanical component design Software Skills Proficiency in SolidWorks AutoCAD other 3D CAD platforms Other Skills oStrong understanding of hydraulic systems and design principles oBasic knowledge of materials and tolerance stack-up oGood analytical and communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience 5years 3 years Required Location Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 27 07 2025
