Location Mumbai Duration 6 months Internship Full-time Department Human Resources About us MetaMorphoSys Technologies is an InsurTech focused on creating creative software products to address the challenges of the global Insurance Industry We are leveraging our domain expertise regulatory knowledge and technology experience to architect innovative products and disrupt the Insurance value chain from Customer Acquisition to Engagement We are working with top global insurance companies in Asia Pacific to transform their legacy landscape Role Summary The HR Intern will support the Mumbai HR operations by assisting in recruitment onboarding employee engagement and day to day HR activities This role is ideal for someone who is proactive eager to learn and interested in building a career in Human Resources Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview scheduling and coordination Support onboarding processes including documentation HRIS updates ID creation and induction coordination Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with attendance monitoring WFH WFO tracking leave audits and necessary follow-ups Assist in employee engagement initiatives monthly meetings celebrations and internal communication Coordinate with employees in the Mumbai office for HR queries and operational needs Support HR team in campus initiatives external events and other projects Qualities Traits Needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized detail-oriented and proactive Ability to handle sensitive confidential information responsibly Good follow-up habits and time-management skills Positive attitude willingness to learn and a team player Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed MBA PG in Human Resource Management or related field Strong academic foundation and interest in HR operations Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle Comfortable working with MS Office Job Types Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
