The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and exhibitions This position involves overseeing on-site operations coordinating with vendors and internal teams and ensuring that all activities align with project plans safety standards and client expectations Key Responsibilities 1 Project Execution Supervise site setup dismantling and logistics Translate design briefs into actionable plans Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule 2 Team Coordination Lead technicians laborers and ground staff Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities Collaborate with design production and client servicing teams 3 Vendor Material Management Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials Manage inventory and avoid overstocking 4 Compliance Safety Enforce safety protocols and venue regulations Conduct risk assessments and implement crowd control measures Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place 5 Client Interaction Act as the on-site point of contact for clients Provide regular updates and resolve issues promptly Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction 6 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily progress reports and site records Assist in post-event analysis and feedback Support future project planning with operational insights Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-4 years of experience in site supervision preferably in events or interior projects Solid leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 26 910 32 per month Work Location In person
