Job Title Export Coordinator Location Mahim Mumbai Department International Sales Export Reports To Export Manager International Business Head Company Astra Chemtech Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Lead Coordinator to manage and support export operations coordinate with internal teams and international clients and ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation export compliance coordination and customer communication Key Responsibilities Coordinate with export customers and internal sales team for order planning and fulfillment Ensure timely documentation for pre- and post-shipment activities invoice packing list BL COO LC etc Handle export queries lead generation follow-ups and customer relationship management Liaise with CHA freight forwarders transporters and banks to manage shipments and related processes Track and update shipment schedules order status and dispatch plans Ensure adherence to export compliance regulations and company policies Prepare MIS reports related to export sales lead status and customer feedback Monitor export documentation accuracy and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch Support the Export Manager with strategic plans and market research for new leads or markets Key Skills and Competencies Knowledge of export documentation logistics and INCOTERMS Good communication and coordination skills written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and ERP systems Working knowledge of Letters of Credit LC and banking procedures related to exports Qualifications Graduate in Commerce International Business Logistics or related field MBA in International Business or equivalent preferred 4-5 years of relevant experience in in Export Business Development Experience in handling the IndiaMART portal Ability to search for and finalize recent customers Experience in chemical adhesive packaging industries preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 14 019 61 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
