About the Company Shaapa Commerce Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing company in the e-commerce and product development sector committed to delivering quality services and innovative solutions We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accounts Executive to support our accounting and finance operations Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and data entry in Tally or other accounting software Prepare and process invoices bills and expense reports Maintain petty cash records and bank reconciliations Support in GST filings TDS calculations and monthly returns Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining ledgers Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely payments and documentation Help ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit processes Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com or similar Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting software Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Skills Knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliance is a plus Prior internship or experience in an accounting or finance role will be an advantage Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Perks and Perks Friendly and supportive work workplace Career growth and learning opportunities Exposure to real-time accounting processes Job Type Full-time Pay 10 560 21 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
