JOB DESCRIPTION - Client Consultation Meeting with clients to understand their needs and project requirements Design Planning Developing conceptual designs creating scaled drawings and blueprints and using CAD software e g AutoCAD Revit Technical Documentation Preparing detailed specifications contract documents for contractors and completing planning applications Project Management Developing initial cost estimates and budgets managing project timelines and overseeing the construction process Site Supervision Visiting construction sites to ensure that work adheres to the architectural plans and resolves any issues that arise Collaboration Working closely with engineers contractors project managers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Compliance Ensuring designs meet functional safety and regulatory e g zoning and building codes standards Specialization Potentially focusing on specific areas such as sustainable design historic preservation or healthcare architecture Job Type Full time Pay Up to 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
