About Us Passionate Interiors is a renowned interior design and architecture firm that specializes in creating innovative and functional spaces Our team is committed to excellence in both residential and commercial design bringing creativity sustainability and precision to every project We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Architect to join our dynamic team Key Responsibilities Concept Development Assist senior architects in developing architectural concepts and design solutions for residential commercial and institutional projects Design Drafting Documentation Prepare architectural drawings plans elevations and sections using AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software Ensure that all designs meet project specifications and local building codes 3D Visualization Create 3D models and visualizations to help clients and team members understand design ideas and concepts Collaboration Work closely with senior architects interior designers engineers and project managers to ensure project designs are executed seamlessly and according to schedule Client Interaction Attend client meetings provide design updates and address any feedback or revisions Site Visits Surveys Participate in site visits and surveys to assess project conditions and ensure designs meet site requirements Material Product Selection Assist in researching and recommending materials finishes and construction techniques Compliance Regulations Ensure designs adhere to local building codes regulations and sustainability standards Project Management Support Assist in coordinating project schedules timelines and budgets under the supervision of senior architects Qualifications Skills Educational Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field Experience 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture preferably with exposure to residential or commercial design projects Design Software Proficiency Strong skills in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp V RAY Enscape and other relevant design tools Familiarity with Adobe Suite Photoshop Illustrator is a plus Creative Detail-Oriented Ability to think creatively while paying attention to details and technical aspects of design Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills for client presentations team collaborations and documentation Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges effectively Team Player Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and work under the guidance of senior architects Adaptable Eager to Learn Openness to learning recent techniques staying updated with architectural trends and adapting to company practices Preferred Skills Sustainability Awareness Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards Experience with 3D Rendering Previous experience in creating 3D visualizations or renderings for architectural projects Project Management Exposure Familiarity with project management tools and experience assisting in the management of project timelines and documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid time off Experience Minimum 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
