Architectural Designer 2 year experience We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer Exterior Interior Landscaping to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional outdoor and indoor spaces collaborating with clients and project teams to bring creative concepts to life The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion and Photoshop as well as a strong understanding of practical implementation and quantity analysis Key Responsibilities Develop creative and functional landscape and interior design concepts based on client needs and site-specific conditions Produce detailed design drawings 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion and Photoshop Prepare and manage design documentation including construction drawings specifications and material schedules Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure designs are practical feasible and aligned with project goals Collaborate with project managers contractors and other design professionals to ensure seamless execution of designs Perform quantity take-offs and material cost analysis to support accurate project budgeting and procurement Stay updated on design trends materials and technology advancements to incorporate innovative ideas into projects Participate in client presentations and revisions to ensure designs align with their vision and expectations Ensure compliance with local regulations sustainability practices and project deadlines If you re ready to bring your design skills to a team that values creativity innovation and quality we d love to hear from you Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Architectural Designing 2 years Required Work Location In person
