Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management compliance payroll coordination and policy implementation The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience 2 HR Operations Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Oversee attendance leave management and payroll coordination with the accounts team Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters appointment letters confirmation letters and exit documents Ensure compliance with statutory regulations PF ESI Gratuity etc 3 Employee Engagement Relations Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances ensuring timely resolution Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values 4 Performance Management Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems Track probation confirmations promotions and performance review cycles Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans 5 Policy Compliance Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and legal requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
