About the Role We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert SME in Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the tool The ideal candidate will provide developer support and lead AJO configurations to design optimize and scale customer journeys across channels Key Responsibilities Configure and manage end-to-end journeys in AJO including sequencing across email web and other channels Drive campaign optimization personalization and decisioning logic Execute batch blast as well as lights-on campaigns using AJO Explore and implement strategies to leverage AJO as an alternative to Adobe Target for experimentation and testing Partner with business and technical teams to deliver seamless high-impact customer experiences Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO Robust expertise in campaign management personalization and customer journey design Hands-on experience with multi-channel journey orchestration and optimization Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into scalable AJO solutions Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 70 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Experience Adobe journey Optimizer 4 years Preferred Work Location Remote
