Mindsplash Academy offers after school programs for students of grades II to XII The Academy offers the programs after school hours The Biology Teachers for this role need to teach Science Biology for grades VIII to XII and Sciences Bio Chem Phy to grades VII and below Candidates shall be comfortable teaching IGCSE and IB curriculum Experience in teaching international curriculum is a plus The timings of the full time role are from 12noon to 8PM The part time role is from 4PM to 8PM The role of the job includes the following responsibilities Designing developing and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students parents and other teachers Establishing classroom lab and field trip rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments Providing extra resources support and interventions for students who are struggling Ensuring all permission slips are signed in a timely manner and acting as a field trip chaperone when required Grading papers updating records and handling various administrative tasks Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns Assisting with the recruitment and training of all new teachers and providing support to student teachers Participating in other academy activities and regularly communicating with parents Job Type Full-time Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience total work 2 years Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
