Role Overview The IELTS Head will lead the academy s IELTS training division by developing high-quality teaching materials guiding and mentoring trainers and ensuring outstanding academic outcomes for students This role requires expertise in IELTS exam structures advanced English proficiency and a strong background in curriculum design Key Responsibilities Design create and update IELTS study materials practice tests lesson plans and digital content tailored to different student proficiency levels Lead and supervise the team of IELTS trainers providing training mentoring and regular performance feedback Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments practice tests and feedback sessions Conduct periodic workshops train-the-trainer sessions and demo classes for new trainers Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
