Unichrone is a globally-accredited professional training company with an extensive portfolio of skilled certification courses Our mission is to empower aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of data We are expanding rapidly and are currently looking for exceptional people to join our vibrant business development team As a Business Development Associate you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company Your primary responsibility will be to identify engage and convert potential individual learners and professionals into enthusiastic customers You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that boost enrollment and revenue Ideal candidate Candidates with 1 to 2 years of Business Development experience preferably in the EdTech industry and proven track record of sales will be given preference Key Responsibilities Work jointly with an internal team to drive business development strategy Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices Handle customers in a calm empathic patient manner along with strong sales persuasion skills Identify new business development opportunities by following up on leads via email Keep all reporting formats CRM etc updated on a regular basis Coordinate appointments calls and meetings between senior management and customers for discussing new opportunities Collaborate with Digital Marketing Content Creation and Product Development teams Reporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities with the Business Development Manager Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field Master s degree is a plus 1-2 years of proven experience in B2C sales preferably in the EdTech or Healthcare sector Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential customers Strong understanding of online marketing and sales techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
