Food Preparation Assisting in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to Pan-Asian recipes Hygiene and Quality Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality in the kitchen Dish Execution Learning and executing various Pan-Asian dishes such as Chinese rice dishes Kitchen Support Supporting the kitchen brigade including the Chef de Partie and other chefs during busy service Mise en Place Preparing ingredients mise en place for the entire production team to ensure efficient service Qualifications Experience Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferably with some experience in Pan-Asian cuisine Skills Knowledge of food preparation cooking and general culinary skills Teamwork Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Attention to Detail A keen eye for cleanliness and details in food preparation and presentation Training Formal culinary education or training can be a plus but is not always a requirement Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Work Location In person
