As a Study Abroad Counselor at Albattros Overseas you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the process of studying abroad Your primary responsibilities will include Student Advising Provide personalized counseling to students helping them identify suitable study abroad programs based on their academic goals interests and preferences Program Selection Assist students in selecting appropriate universities colleges or institutions based on their chosen field of study academic qualifications and financial considerations Application Support Guide students through the application process including assistance with application forms essays resumes and other required documents Ensure compliance with admission requirements and deadlines Visa and Immigration Assistance Provide guidance on visa procedures documentation requirements and immigration regulations for various study destinations Assist students in preparing visa applications and scheduling consulate appointments Financial Aid and Scholarships Advise students on available funding options including scholarships grants and financial aid programs Assist in exploring opportunities for funding their education abroad Pre-Departure Orientation Conduct pre-departure orientations to prepare students for their study abroad experience Provide information on cultural adaptation academic expectations housing arrangements and other relevant aspects of living abroad Follow-up Support Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application process and during their time abroad Address any concerns or issues that may arise and provide ongoing support as needed Job Type Full time Pay 150 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person Expected Start Date 03 10 2025
