We are seeking a motivated and personable Academic Counselor to join our Aesthetic Institute In this role you will guide prospective students through their educational journey counseling them on available aesthetic courses assisting with admissions and providing continuous academic support You will play a key role in building the institute s reputation by enrolling passionate students and ensuring a smooth academic experience Key Responsibilities Student Counseling Admissions Counsel prospective students on course offerings e g cosmetology skincare laser therapy injectables etc and help them choose suitable programs Handle walk-ins phone inquiries social media and email leads effectively Explain admission procedures eligibility fee structures and career opportunities Follow up with leads systematically to meet enrollment targets Enrollment Documentation Assist students in filling out application forms and collecting necessary documents Coordinate entrance interviews orientation sessions and enrollment processes Maintain accurate records of all student inquiries applications and admissions Academic Support Relationship Management Act as the point of contact for enrolled students for academic and administrative queries Provide support in course scheduling attendance tracking and student feedback collection Liaise with faculty to monitor student performance and satisfaction Marketing Events Support marketing efforts by participating in educational fairs open houses webinars and promotional events Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns social media outreach and content creation Promote certification perks career outcomes and alumni success stories to attract more students Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
