Responsbilities Quality Assurance Control Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and codes Conduct inspections for civil works concrete reinforcement formwork finishing etc Verify and approve construction materials ensuring they meet project standards Testing Documentation Witness and record field lab tests concrete cube tests slump tests soil compaction etc Maintain calibration records of testing equipment Prepare quality reports checklists and test logs Non-Conformance Corrective Action Identify and report deviations non-conformance NCRs Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure corrective measures are implemented Follow up on closure of NCRs within stipulated timelines Coordination Compliance Liaise with consultants clients and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters Ensure compliance with ISO IS codes project specifications and company QMS procedures Support audits and client inspections at site Training Awareness Guide site teams and contractors on quality standards and procedures Promote awareness of quality culture across site staff Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and clients 1-5 years of experience in quality control assurance in civil construction projects Robust knowledge of IS codes QA QC procedures and testing methods Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD for checking drawings and report preparation Attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving ability Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
