Sous Chef - We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food preparation presentation and hygiene Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations Maintain consistency and quality of dishes in accordance with restaurant standards Monitor inventory manage stock and place orders when necessary Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Requirements Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Deep understanding of various cooking methods ingredients and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure setting A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Additional Preference Must be from Kerala Malayali candidates preferred Knowledge of all field except Continental Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
