Job description We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Liaisoning Officer to manage legal compliance government documentation licensing and statutory approvals for the organization The role involves regular interaction with government departments ensuring timely renewals regulatory filings and compliance with applicable laws Key Responsibilities Liaise with government bodies e g Registrar of Companies Labour Department Pollution Control Board etc Manage licenses permits NOCs and regulatory approvals Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws Handle documentation applications and government correspondence Coordinate with internal departments and support legal audits inspections Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Law Public Administration or relevant field 3-9 years of experience in liaisoning legal compliance Robust communication with government authorities Good knowledge of statutory regulations and licensing processes Proficient in MS Office and document handling Key Skills In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and licensing procedures Statutory laws Government laws Labour Laws Environment Laws etc Excellent documentation record-keeping and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines and regulatory touchpoints Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools High integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information Work Conditions Office-based role with regular field visits to government offices industrial units and relevant authorities May require to travel within the country or state for coordination or documentation purpose Candidate Requirements Gender- Male only Remuneration will be discussed during the interview process based on qualifications and market benchmarks Kindly contact on - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
