Department Finance Accounts Reporting To Finance Head Executive Director Employment Type Full-Time About Ueir Organic Foods At Ueir Organic Foods we re redefining how people eats bringing clean honest and nutritious organic food directly from farmers to customers via our retail outlets e-commerce platform and upcoming ventures like Ueir Cafe With rapid growth and high customer retention we re looking for passionate individuals to join our mission-driven team Role Overview The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with GST and statutory norms and supporting audits and MIS reporting This role requires a hands-on detail-oriented professional who can work in a rapid-paced retail e-commerce environment Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally Zoho ERP Record all purchase sales expenses and inventory transactions Manage vendor bills payments and reconciliations Reconcile bank accounts payment gateways and UPI accounts regularly 2 Taxation Compliance Ensure timely GST filing - GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 Handle TDS returns and payment compliance Assist in statutory filings and compliance documentation 3 MIS Financial Reports Prepare monthly P L balance sheet and cash flow statements Generate MIS reports for management review Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost control 4 Coordination Coordinate with auditors consultants and tax advisors Liaise with internal departments sales operations procurement for financial inputs 5 Inventory Billing Monitor stock movement across outlets and warehouses Oversee POS reconciliation and billing accuracy at retail stores Track product margins cost variances and wastage especially for perishables Key RequirementsQualifications B Com M Com CA Inter MBA Finance Certification in Tally Zoho Books ERP tools is a plus Experience 2-5 years of accounting experience preferably in FMCG retail or e-commerce Strong knowledge of GST TDS and Indian financial compliance Skills Proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP etc Knowledge of accounting software Tally Zoho Books or any ERP Attention to detail and time management Robust communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month
