TECHNOPARK PHASE 3 CAMPUS TRIVANDRUM - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - PERMANENT Role Overview We are looking for a part-time Business Analyst to work with our UK-based insurance company which operates in both retail insurance and reinsurance The BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the software development team by gathering requirements analyzing them and ensuring they are clearly documented for implementation Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements from stakeholders Document requirements workflows and processes in a structured manner Share and clarify requirements with the software development team Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outputs against requirements Act as the single point of contact between business and technical teams for requirement clarifications Your Main Responsibilities Required Skills Experience Experience as a Business Analyst ideally in the insurance domain Knowledge of retail insurance and reinsurance processes policies claims underwriting brokers Robust skills in requirement gathering analysis and documentation Good communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices
