Work Location PUNEROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to perform Full Vehicle model integration including model building experience Experience in light A B segment vehicles crash evaluation study for highly robust car body structures based on crash CAE analysis calculations Interpreting and understanding CAE results post-processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports Work closely with the onsite team at client location and understand the client requests and execute projects accordingly Analyse crash test data report findings and provide technical solutions for design optimization Perform risk assessments and propose improvements for reducing injury levels during various crash scenarios Mentor and guide junior engineers and teams on crash safety techniques simulations and best practices Prepare detailed reports for internal teams OEM clients on safety performance and analysis results Full vehicle level countermeasure proposals with logical explanation Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field Good knowledge and understanding of Full Vehicle integration using preprocessing tools Hyperworks LSprepost Primer etc Proficiency in conducting crash simulations performing finite element analysis FEA and interpreting crash test results Knowledge of NCAP FMVSS ECE and other global vehicle safety standards and regulations Strong experience with simulation Preprocess and post process tools and crash analysis software Hyperworks LS-prepost LS-DYNA Primer etc Experience with crash safety countermeasures including energy absorption structures airbags seatbelts and structural integrity enhancements Experience in working with Japanese OEMs is highly preferred Possessing Japanese language knowledge or certifications is an advantage Familiarity with JIRA is added advantage Valuable verbal and written Presentation Communication Skills Strong problem-solving abilities logical analytical thinking and attention to detail Experience Band At least 6-12 years of experience in crash safety analysis and engineering with a proven track record in NCAP compliance and crashworthiness Analysis
