- Management Representative MR Position Title Management Representative MR Department Quality QMS Reports To CEO Managing Director Role Purpose The Management Representative MR is responsible for establishing implementing maintaining and continually improving the company s Quality Management System QMS in compliance with AS9100 standards The MR acts as the primary liaison between top management external certification bodies regulatory authorities and customers to ensure adherence to aerospace quality and compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Quality Management System QMS Compliance Ensure implementation and maintenance of the AS9100 Quality Management System across all departments Plan conduct and monitor internal audits management reviews and corrective actions Coordinate with external auditors certification bodies customer audits regulatory audits Leadership Coordination Represent top management on QMS matters Promote awareness of customer requirements and regulatory standards throughout the organization Support department heads in achieving quality objectives aligned with business goals Documentation Control Maintain QMS documentation procedures and records in compliance with AS9100 Oversee document control and revision management for policies SOPs and work instructions Customer Regulatory Interface Act as the point of contact for customer quality representatives Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards contractual obligations and statutory regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement Monitor key performance indicators KPIs for quality and compliance Lead initiatives for risk management root cause analysis and preventive action Drive continual improvement culture in quality processes Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Aerospace Industrial preferred Experience Minimum 5-10 years in Quality Management in aerospace precision manufacturing Proven experience as MR QMS coordinator in an AS9100-certified company Certifications preferred AS9100 Internal Auditor Lead Auditor Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing knowledge Skills Solid knowledge of AS9100 ISO 9001 NADCAP and regulatory requirements Excellent communication documentation and leadership skills Proficient in audit management risk-based thinking and corrective preventive action methodologies Key Competencies Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to influence and coordinate across departments Strong organizational and project management skills Customer-focused approach with attention to compliance and quality Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
