Job Summary The Legal Executive will support the legal department by handling legal documentation ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and assisting in recovery and litigation matters Key Responsibilities Drafting and Reviewing Draft and review loan agreements contracts and legal notices Verify legal documents related to lending and recovery Compliance Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and NBFC regulations Assist in internal audits and regulatory filings Litigation Support Coordinate with external lawyers for legal cases Track court cases and maintain legal records Attend court hearings when required Recovery Support Issue legal notices to defaulting borrowers Coordinate with recovery teams for legal proceedings under SARFAESI Act or other recovery laws Legal Research Conduct legal research on regulatory changes and industry laws Update internal teams on relevant legal developments Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain all legal files and case records systematically Manage legal MIS reports Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Law LLB 1-2 years of experience in NBFC Bank legal firm preferred Skills Required Good knowledge of NBFC laws and lending-related acts like SARFAESI NI Act etc Strong drafting and communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work with cross-functional teams Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
