JOB VACANCY Job Title Quality Engineer IN PROCESS Location Chakan Pune Qualification BE B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 3 TO 4 YEARS Salary As per industry standards Key Roles and Responsibilities CONTROL PLAN PROCESS IN PLASTIC Monitoring Production Processes Overseeing the entire production line from the initial handling of raw materials to final packaging to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures In-Process Testing Performing physical chemical and other relevant tests at various stages of production to check for identity strength quality and purity Examples include Tablets Weight variation hardness disintegration and dissolution Liquids Suspensions Appearance particle size viscosity and pH Batch Record Review Examining production records to confirm that all manufacturing steps are accurately documented and that any deviations from the standard process are noted and properly investigated Line Clearance Inspecting and verifying that the production area and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before starting a current batch to prevent contamination or cross-product issues Deviation Handling Investigating the root causes of any non-conformities or deviations that occur during production and implementing necessary corrective actions to rectify the problems Record Keeping and Documentation Maintaining meticulous records of all inspections test results and corrective actions taken which is crucial for regulatory compliance and traceability Ensuring Compliance Guaranteeing that all production activities comply with standard operating procedures SOPs internal quality policies and relevant regulatory guidelines Equipment and Material Verification Checking that all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly and that the correct materials and labels are being used Collaboration Working closely with production teams to address quality issues resolve problems and ensure a smooth high-quality production flow Waste Reduction Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the production process Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
