We are looking for an experienced Certified Workday HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Regular IST shift
Experience: 3+ years
Workday HCM Certification: Mandatory
LinkedIn Profile: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Configure base salary plans, allowances, bonus programs, merit cycles, compensation grades, and eligibility rules in Workday HCM.
- Design, customize, and maintain Workday document layouts, including compensation statements and total rewards statements.
- Build custom reports, advanced reports, calculated fields, and XML data sources.
- Support data exchange and integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Assist during SIT and UAT phases, troubleshoot data and configuration issues, and provide post-production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver compensation-related requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in the Workday Core Compensation module.
- Mandatory experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Good understanding of bonus accruals, merit cycles,



and compensation eligibility rules.
- Experience in Workday document layout design for compensation.
- Proficiency in advanced reports, calculated fields, XML data sources, and EIB.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Certification Requirements

- Minimum Workday HCM Certification is mandatory.
- Workday Compensation specialization certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Working-Hours Requirement

Candidates will work during regular IST hours and should be available for 2–3 hours of overlap with the US time zone, whenever required.
