We're looking for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and wants to take ownership of campaigns that directly drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
- Maximise return on ad spend while increasing high-quality leads.
- Build, test and scale new campaigns.
- Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor budgets, bids and conversion performance.
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Improve our SEO performance through technical, on-page and local SEO.
- Work with our designers, developers and UK marketing team to continuously improve landing pages and campaign performance.
- Produce clear reporting and insights to help shape marketing decisions.





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- At least 3 years' experience managing Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical and local SEO.
- Experience using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confident English.
- The ability to work UK business hours from our Mumbai office.
