We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production
- Assign work to operators and helpers
- Maintain product quality and production targets
- Control rejection, rework and material wastage
- Ensure workers follow safety and company procedures
- Maintain daily production and attendance records
- Coordinate with maintenance and management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of production supervision experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering factory
- Ability to manage workers and production schedules
- Basic knowledge of quality control and production reporting
Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
