We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, taxation, billing, and reporting activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. Preferred candidates are married male/female professionals with stability, commitment, and the ability to handle responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance work.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain cash flow records and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Work on accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience

- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in GST and taxation work is preferred.
