Job Summary:

The Fabrication Incharge will be responsible for supervising day-to-day fabrication activities at the manufacturing unit. The role involves coordinating and guiding a team of welders and fitters to ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules. The candidate will support smooth shop-floor operations through effective coordination, quality control, and adherence to safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise fabrication of PEB steel components as per approved drawings.
- Read and interpret Tekla / AutoCAD shop drawings and BOMs.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and planning teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality standards in cutting, welding, drilling, and painting.
- Monitor material usage,



wastage control, and fabrication progress.
- Ensure safety compliance and PPE adherence in the fabrication yard.

Requirements & Qualification

- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Civil).
- Experience in PEB or steel structure fabrication.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding symbols, and QA/QC.
