Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer building complex, web-based SaaS products or enterprise-grade software.
- Frontend: 5+ years of experience (or expert-level proficiency) with ReactJS and Redux.
- Backend: 5+ years of experience (or expert-level proficiency) building RESTful APIs using Node.js (with Express, HAPI, or similar frameworks).
- Databases: 5+ years of experience (or expert-level proficiency) with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and Relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
- Testing: 1–2 years of experience (or advanced knowledge) with unit and automated testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Architecture & Methodology: Robust understanding of OOPs concepts, Design Patterns, and clean code principles. Solid grasp of the SDLC and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- DevOps & Version Control: Proficient with Git (or similar version control systems) and a foundational understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Essential Requirements:

- Python Proficiency: Good familiarity or hands-on experience with Python for backend scripting or AI integration.
- Generative AI & LLMs:



Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) using OpenAI API, Claude API, or open-source alternatives.
- AI Architecture: Hands-on experience or sound understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows and vector databases.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for production AI features.
- AI-Driven Development: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and a robust vision for embedding AI capabilities into SaaS workflows.
- Exposure to other open-source technologies, tools, and languages is a distinct advantage.
