About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.




- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology roles.
- Experience hiring for positions such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
